Pangea Arts, a feature film slate vehicle, seeks to raise a total of $40 Million U.S. Dollars to fully produce a slate of Seven to Thirteen Feature Films. The company will also fund the development of about five TV projects as well as a slate of larger projects at Branded Pictures Entertainment as part of a refinance deal.
